Biography
Martha Monroe Schuon is a business executive with over 30 years of experience. She loves to delight clients, launch new ventures and drive business growth. Since retiring from IBM, she jointly oversees Schuon Kitchens and Baths with her husband Hans. Martha’s primary focus has been on engineering strong business processes, codified in technology that will scale for business growth. Her leadership at Schuon infuses the company with the IBM culture of excellence from the era when it was heralded as best in industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Florida.
Martha serves in a variety of ministries, including Neighbor Bible Studies (www.nbs2go.com), Sonflower Ministries (www.sonflower.com) and Wholly Women (www.whollywomen.org). She is active in the women’s ministry at Northside Church (www.gonorthside.com).
When not serving or working, you will find Martha thriving in her role as Oma Martha, grandmother to four. She enjoys outdoor activities – houseboating on Lake Lanier, kayaking on the Chattahoochee River, grilling on a Big Green Egg, hosting women at home or on the boat to spend time listening and hearing from God. Martha and Hans live in Roswell with three handsome black cats.
