Refined Roswell Bathroom Transformation

From the moment you enter, the custom cabinetry sets the tone for the entire room. Designed and built by Schuon Custom Cabinetry, the elegant white double vanity and full-height linen tower create a tailored, furniture-quality focal point. Brushed-gold hardware warms the bright white palette and coordinates beautifully with the Kohler faucets and fixtures. Softly veined quartz, a delicate herringbone tile feature wall, arched gold-framed mirrors, and three glass sconces complete the sophisticated composition.

The original bathroom was spacious and attractive, but its finishes and traditional layout no longer felt current. The transformation replaces the separate built-in jetted tub and shower with a spacious, glass-enclosed wet room that feels open, modern, and luxurious.

Large-format porcelain tile flows from the bathroom floor up the wet-room walls, creating a clean, seamless backdrop for the freestanding soaking tub, sculptural chandelier, and decorative-glass window. The shower features overhead and handheld showerheads, body sprays, a built-in corner seat, and generous niches accented with shimmering mosaic tile.

Working within the home’s existing floor-truss system, the team developed a carefully engineered slope that directs water to a full-length linear drain along the back wall. This thoughtful solution allowed the wet room to function beautifully without compromising its streamlined design.
