At times anxious to begin, we quickly realized that each planning step laid out very precise expectations for what was ahead. Secondly, the quality of the people we worked with, beginning with our project manager, was an integral part of our success. We knew what was happening next and enjoyed a professional and collaborative environment throughout the process. Thirdly, we had a multi-week delay in the process that had nothing to do with Schuon. Once we received the go ahead to proceed, everyone worked tirelessly to get the job back on track. From this point to completion, it was a rare day that there were not workmen in our house striving to finish the job. We would not hesitate to work with Schuon again.”
